About the Role

As an Investment Sourcing Analyst, you will support business outreach, data analysis, and executive coordination. You will work closely with the Founder to build and evaluate the company's investment pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage with promising businesses that align with the company's investment strategy.
- Conduct initial screening of companies based on revenue, profitability, ownership, funding history, and other investment eligibility criteria.
- Research target companies, their promoters, and key decision-makers.
- Enrich company databases with financial information, management details, contact information, and relevant market data.
- Manage the Founder's calendar, schedule meetings, and track follow-up actions.
- Coordinate communications with founders,



promoters, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain organized trackers for prospective investments, meetings, and follow-up actions.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence engaging with founders, promoters, and senior business leaders.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to assess business models, industry dynamics, and commercial potential.
- Ability to evaluate companies against defined investment criteria.
- A proactive, ownership-driven, and execution-focused approach.

Preferred Background
- Experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, financial research, consulting, a founder's office, corporate finance, or business development.
- A degree in finance, economics, commerce, business administration, or a related discipline.
