Role Summary

We are seeking experienced sales and marketing professionals with a strong background in industrial filtration solutions. The successful candidate will develop new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and drive sales across industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, healthcare, cleanrooms, food and beverage, electronics, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop current business through direct sales and customer visits.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, consultants, EPCs, and channel partners.
- Promote industrial air, liquid, and gas filtration, as well as cleanroom solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable filtration products and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales opportunities.




- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely order execution and customer service.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Skills
- 5–7 years of experience in industrial sales and marketing.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Air filtration
- Dust collection systems
- Liquid filtration
- Gas filtration
- Cleanroom solutions
- Process filtration equipment

- Strong B2B sales and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience with industrial filtration, cleanroom, HVAC, life sciences, or process engineering companies is preferred.

Education

A bachelor's degree or diploma in mechanical, chemical, electrical, instrumentation, industrial engineering, or a related discipline.
