About the Role

As Placement Manager, you will help students secure job opportunities with companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete placement process for students.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.




- Identify suitable job openings and internships for students.
- Organize recruitment drives, interviews, and placement events.
- Prepare students for interviews through training and mock sessions.
- Track placement records and share regular updates with the team.
- Work with other departments to support placement outcomes.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in placements, recruitment, or talent acquisition; experience in the education or training sector is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Solid organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
