Role Description The Corporate Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.



This position is responsible for identifying and developing recent corporate partnerships, referral networks, and strategic alliances to drive patient acquisition and revenue growth for Rainbow Children’s Hospitals and BirthRight. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and engaging corporate clients, presenting service offerings, negotiating agreements, and managing key accounts to ensure high satisfaction and sustained relationships. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing business plans and proposals, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and tracking performance metrics against business development targets. The manager will represent the organization at corporate meetings, industry events, and outreach initiatives while maintaining compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations.
