Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Junior Relationship Executive based in Vuyyuru. The Junior Relationship Executive will engage with customers and self-help groups, explain loan products, assist with applications, and support disbursement and repayment processes. The role includes conducting field visits,
verifying customer information, and maintaining accurate records in alignment with company policies and compliance standards. The Junior Relationship Executive will also support collection activities, address customer queries, and help build long-term, trust-based relationships within the community. Collaboration with branch staff and reporting on daily activities and performance metrics are key aspects of the role.
