About the role
Porcellia runs performance marketing for a portfolio of D2C brands across India, the UAE, the US and the UK, in categories like footwear, skincare and wellness, lifestyle accessories and kitchenware. We're looking for a Google Ads Specialist to run campaigns day to day across these accounts. You'll work closely with our senior consultant, who sets strategy, and you'll own execution, optimisation and reporting.
This role suits someone who has managed real ad spend, knows their way around the Google Ads interface, and wants to grow quickly by working on several brands at once.

What you'll do
• Build,



launch and manage campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen and YouTube
• Do keyword research, write ad copy and set up negative keywords for new and existing campaigns
• Optimise daily and weekly on bids, budgets, search terms, assets and audience signals, working to ROAS and CPA targets
• Manage Merchant Center product feeds and fix disapprovals and feed errors
• Set up and check conversion tracking with Google Tag Manager and GA4 (purchases, leads, enhanced conversions)
• Set up and track A/B tests on ad copy, landing pages and bidding strategies
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with explicit insights, not just numbers
• Keep an eye on competitors and spot new growth opportunities
• Work with the design and content teams on creative briefs for PMax, Demand Gen and YouTube assets
