Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth across target markets. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and outreach, conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations, preparing proposals and commercial offers,



and negotiating contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders. The Business Development Manager will work closely with delivery, marketing, and technical teams to understand solution capabilities, shape client-ready value propositions, and ensure a smooth handover from sales to implementation. The role also involves tracking sales metrics, maintaining accurate records in CRM, and providing regular forecasts and market feedback to support strategic planning.
