Head of Finance
Location: South Delhi

ABOUT THE ROLE- We are looking for a hands-on Finance Manager having 2+ years of experience in a similar role to take ownership of the company's finance and accounting function. The role will involve working closely with the Founder and property teams to drive financial discipline, analyze business performance, strengthen financial controls and support data-driven decision-making across our hospitality operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-
• Oversee the overall finance and accounting function across the company and its properties.
• Manage statutory compliances and licences, including GST, TDS, Income Tax and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyse property-wise MIS, revenue, expense and profitability reports for management.
• Analyse financial and operational data, including occupancy, revenue, costs and margins, and provide actionable business insights.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting,
cash flow and cost control across departments and properties.
• Work closely with Property Managers, Operations, Procurement and Accounts teams to ensure financial efficiency, accuracy and compliance.
• Manage banking relationships, cash management and coordination with financial institutions.
• Establish and monitor financial controls, audit processes and reporting systems across the organisation.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR-
• 2+ years of experience in as Finance manager or head of finance, handling accounting, Financial Analysis or a related role, preferably with experience in a supervisory or finance management capacity.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, cash flow and cost control.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
