A global player in the optical industry, headquartered in Germany and operating across multiple
international markets, is expanding its hybrid team in India. We are hiring a Performance Marketing
Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to join our results-driven marketing
function and help scale paid media success globally.

About the Role

In this hybrid role, you will take charge of planning and executing performance marketing campaigns
across Google and Microsoft platforms. Your core mission: optimize reach, conversions, and ROI
through data-led decisions and audience-focused strategy.

Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Lead Generation
- Run paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Microsoft Ads (Search, Display, Audience Network)
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing
- Implement and optimize smart bidding strategies (e.g., Target CPA, Target ROAS)

Performance Optimization & Insights
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions




- Use tools like GA4, GTM, Microsoft Clarity, Looker Studio, Power BI for analysis
- Share actionable insights and performance reports with global stakeholders

Budget & Growth Strategy
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and scale top-performing strategies
- Stay informed on platform updates, ad tech innovations, and best practices

Collaboration & Experimentation
- Work with design, SEO, and content teams for integrated campaigns
- Explore advanced ad formats such as Demand Gen and Microsoft Audience Ads
- Align paid efforts with broader brand and growth goals

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Proven success in B2C or lead-generation performance campaigns
- Robust proficiency in GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and Excel/Sheets (SQL is a plus)
- Certifications in Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising (preferred)
- Excellent communic
