Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Technical Support role is based in Gurugram. The position involves providing front-line technical assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving product or service-related issues. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing problems, guiding users through troubleshooting steps, and escalating complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
