Role Description This full-time, on-site Human Resources Recruiting Specialist role is based in Mumbai. The specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews,
and coordinating hiring processes across various roles and departments. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The specialist will contribute to employer branding initiatives, support HR operations related to onboarding, and maintain accurate recruitment and HR documentation. The position also requires continuous improvement of recruitment practices and adherence to company policies and local labor regulations.
