Role Description
We are hiring 6 MBA Marketing freshers (2025/2026 batch) for a full-time, in office Business Development Associate role in Kothrud, Pune. You will work directly under an experienced Business Development Manager, learn the complete sales cycle, and take ownership of finding and warming up new business opportunities.



It is a strong starting point for a long-term career in sales, marketing, and client management.
Key responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, company websites, directories, industry databases, and market research.
• Build and maintain a database of qualified leads (company, decision-maker, contact details, requirement).
• Reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and decision timeline.
• Book meetings and demos for the BDM, and follow up consistently until leads convert or close.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations, and research prospects and competitors before meetings.
• Attend client meetings, take notes, and coordinate with internal teams after a deal closes.
• Update every lead and follow-up in the CRM or Excel tracker daily, and share daily and weekly activity reports.
