We are looking for a Tracking Executive to monitor vehicle and shipment movements, coordinate with drivers and customers, and maintain accurate tracking records and MIS reports.
Responsibilities
• Track vehicles and shipments and provide timely updates on delivery status and expected arrival times.
• Coordinate with drivers, customers/parties, and internal operations teams.
• Maintain shipment and vehicle tracking records in Excel.
• Prepare and update daily MIS reports.
• Report delays, breakdowns, and route deviations promptly.
• Follow up on proof of delivery (POD) and trip closure.
Candidate requirements
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic Excel skills and knowledge of MIS reporting.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with drivers and customers/parties.
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of advanced Excel functions would be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in logistics or transportation is preferred.
