About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive, commercially driven Business Development Manager to expand our customer base and drive business growth across the industrial and pharmaceutical sectors.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with field sales, developing new accounts, engaging with purchase and procurement teams, negotiating commercial terms, and converting business opportunities into orders.



This role is suited to someone who takes ownership of sales targets, builds lasting customer relationships, and understands the importance of consistent follow-up and execution.
Key Responsibilities• Identify, approach, and develop new customers across manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and other relevant industrial sectors.
• Generate qualified leads through market research, field visits, networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Build relationships with purchase managers, procurement teams, plant heads, and other key decision-makers.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate quotations, pricing, availability, and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and business terms to improve order conversion and profitability.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and prospective orders to drive sales closure.
