Innerspace is looking for an energetic and proactive Community & Marketing Manager to lead community engagement, marketing activities, and occupancy growth at our upcoming centre in Kozhikode. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, creating content, organizing events, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain operational standards and ensure a professional setting for members and guests.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns and promotional activities.
• Develop creative local marketing strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and occupancy
• Build and nurture relationships with members, visitors, startups, and local business communities.
• Plan and execute networking events, workshops, and community initiatives.
• Conduct centre tours, follow up on enquiries, and support sales conversions.
• Identify partnerships and collaboration opportunities to generate demand.




• Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication and campaign execution.
• Support day-to-day centre operations and ensure a seamless member experience.
• Track marketing activities, community engagement, and growth initiatives.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, community management, events, hospitality, coworking, or a related field. Enthusiastic post-graduate freshers with college fest/events experience can also apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of social media, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Experience in photography, videography, or design is an advantage.
