Role Description
The Sales Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves greeting and engaging prospective customers in the showroom, understanding their interior requirements, and presenting suitable design and product options. The Sales Associate will prepare quotations,



explain pricing and timelines, and coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing. Daily tasks include managing follow-ups with leads, maintaining customer records, supporting after-sales service, and contributing to showroom displays and product presentations. The role also includes meeting sales targets, participating in local marketing initiatives, and representing Glamwood Interiors’ commitment to quality and transparency in every customer interaction.

Qualifications
• Strong customer service and sales skills, including the ability to build rapport and understand client needs.
• Basic knowledge of interior design concepts, modular furniture, and home improvement products.
