Role Description Assistant Manager / Manager – Internal Audit role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.
The role involves planning and executing internal audits, including risk assessment, control testing, and documentation of findings. The individual will review processes and systems, evaluate internal controls, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, compliance, and governance. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing audit plans, conducting fieldwork, coordinating with client stakeholders, drafting explicit audit reports, and supporting remediation and follow-up activities. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, contributing to methodology improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support engagements such as IFC / SOX reviews, due diligence, and regulatory compliance audits.
Requirement
• Strong internal audit and risk management skills, including planning, execution, control testing, and reporting.
• Knowledge of Standards on Internal Auditing is required.
