About the Role
Enream is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Inside Sales Specialist to drive business growth across global markets. The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will engage with prospective customers, promote Enream's AI-driven digital transformation solutions for the Energy & Utilities sector, and identify new business opportunities through consultative selling.

What You Will Be Doing
• Engage prospective customers through email, phone, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings across global markets.
• Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
• Understand customer business challenges and position Enream's Consulting, AI, Industrial IoT, Asset Performance Management, and Digital Transformation solutions.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the consulting and sales team.
• Build strong customer relationships and nurture opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline updates, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Consulting, and Solution teams to support business growth.
