Key Responsibilities:-
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, institutions, and business clients to promote our publishing products and services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant books, publications, subscriptions, or publishing solutions.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers in a clear and persuasive manner.




• Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Convert prospective customers into confirmed orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM or internal reporting system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and a positive customer experience.
