Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Lead to manage and oversee the Accounts Payable function along with key accounting activities including CAPEX, provisions, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing. The role will be responsible for accurate and timely accounting, reconciliations, vendor payments, compliance, and team management.

The successful candidate will also supervise the AP team, drive process improvements, resolve escalations, and work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Accounts Payable Operations
• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process,



including invoice receipt validation, accounting, approval, and payment.
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
• Monitor 2-way/3-way matching of invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts.
• Review and resolve invoice discrepancies, blocked invoices, and payment exceptions.
• Ensure accurate vendor master data and appropriate controls over vendor creation and amendments.
• Monitor employee reimbursements and other non-PO invoices, where applicable.

Vendor Management
• Handle vendor queries and payment-related escalations.
• Perform regular vendor account reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• Coordinate with procurement and business teams to resolve purchase order and invoice issues.
• Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments.

Month-End & Year-End Closing
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activi
