Role Description The General Manager- Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat, responsible for leading and expanding the company’s sales operations in the real estate market. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, setting and monitoring sales targets, and guiding the sales team to achieve revenue and growth objectives.



The General Sales Manager will oversee lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation of sales agreements for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Daily activities include reviewing sales performance reports, coordinating with marketing and project teams, conducting site visits with clients, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality. The role also requires maintaining compliance with company policies, market regulations, and the organization’s values of trust, transparency, professionalism, and ethics.
