Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



responsible for driving growth for AVZA Move’s relocation services. This position involves identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and individual clients, and managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure. The Business Development Manager will prepare and deliver proposals and presentations, collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery, and gather market intelligence to refine offerings and pricing strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales targets, attending client meetings and industry events, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The role also requires ongoing evaluation of client feedback and competitor activity to recommend improvements and support AVZA Move’s mission and vision.
