Role Description The Banquet Manager is responsible for overseeing all banquet operations, ensuring events are executed smoothly and in line with guest expectations and hotel standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore includes managing event setup and breakdown, coordinating with the kitchen and food & beverage teams,
and supervising service staff throughout events. The Banquet Manager will work closely with clients to understand event requirements, finalize function details, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and training staff, monitoring inventory and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards, and resolving any service issues promptly and professionally. The role also involves collaborating with sales and front office teams to support seamless event planning and post-event follow-up.
