Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship & Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients of PPC & Social Media and manage day-to-day communication.
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, target audiences, and campaign expectations.
- Conduct regular client meetings, provide performance updates, and address queries and concerns.
- Manage client expectations, feedback, approvals, and deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and retention.

2. PPC & Paid Advertising Management
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
- Monitor campaign performance, including leads, conversions, CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns to improve performance and ensure efficient utilization of advertising budgets.




- Prepare and present PPC performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal performance marketing teams to ensure campaigns meet client objectives.

3. Social Media Management
- Develop social media strategies and manage monthly content calendars aligned with client goals.
- Coordinate with writers, graphic designers, video editors, and social media executives for timely content delivery.
- Oversee content planning, publishing schedules, captions, creatives, and campaign execution.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and other relevant performance metrics.
- Review content and creatives for quality, brand consistency, and alignment with client expectations.
- Track social media trends and recommend current ideas to improve engagement and brand visibility.

4. Reporting & Performance Analysis
