About the role. You will own the complete sales journey, from the first call to the booking. You will work qualified inbound leads from our CRM and build your own pipeline through calling, networking, and referrals. This role is built for high performers: targets are explicit, tracked and demanding, and strong results are rewarded accordingly.

Key responsibilitiesYou will run the full sales cycle for North Bangalore projects, from the first call to deal completion.

Lead generation and pipeline
• Convert qualified inbound leads allocated to you through the CRM.
• Build your own pipeline through cold calling, networking, events, investor meetups, and referrals.
• Add every lead you source to the CRM under your name immediately.

Client engagement and closing
• Understand each client's budget
