Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Lead – Corporate Relations to support and drive key projects and initiatives of the Corporate Relations team. The role will involve project management, data and reporting, process improvement, event management, stakeholder coordination and implementation of new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and drive assigned projects and initiatives from planning to completion.
• Maintain accurate data, trackers, MIS, dashboards and management reports and provide timely insights for reviews and decision-making.
• Review existing ways of working and refine, simplify and standardise processes wherever required.
• Develop and document SOPs, guidelines and workflows,



and ensure effective communication and adoption across relevant stakeholders.
• Plan and manage industry events, corporate meetings, workshops and other engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, corporate partners, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of projects and events.
• Maintain appropriate documentation and records related to projects, events and corporate engagements.
• Prepare presentations, review decks and periodic updates for management.
• Support the implementation and effective use of CRM, MIS, digital and project management platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Take ownership of new initiatives, special projects and assignments entrusted by the management.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned deliverables and provide updates on progress, challenges and outcomes.
