GBS IMPEX is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee both our Sales and Purchase teams and make sure every order moves smoothly from buyer confirmation to final shipment.
What we’re looking for:
6–8+ years of experience in operations, export or supply chain management
Experience leading both sales and purchase teams
Strong understanding of export documentation, logistics and procurement
Target-driven, with robust reporting and process-improvement skills
What you’ll do:
Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the Sales and Purchase teams
Align buyer orders with sourcing, pricing and supplier timelines
Set team targets, track performance and run regular reviews
Streamline processes for efficient order-to-shipment execution
