• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development.
• Strong expertise in ITSM modules:
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Change Management
• Request Management
• Service Catalog
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, AJAX, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, ACLs, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Notifications.
• Service Portal development including widgets, pages, and AngularJS components.
• Experience with ServiceNow App Engine and Scoped Applications.
• REST and SOAP API integrations with enterprise applications.
• IntegrationHub, MID Server, JDBC, LDAP, and SSO integrations.
• CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management knowledge.
• Update Sets, instance cloning, deployments, and release management.
• ATF (Automated Test Framework)
and platform testing.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ServiceNow SDLC.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable-to-Have Skills
• Experience designing BPM workflows and process-based solutions.
• Knowledge of platform governance, security, and coding standards.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions.
• Exposure to platform upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
Certifications
• Mandatory: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Preferred: CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, Certified Application Developer (CAD)
