Job Profile: Oracle PL/SQL Developer
Location: Mumbai, India
Preferred experience: - 7.1-9 years
The Role:
The Oracle PL/SQL Unix L4 professional is responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining Oracle database solutions, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability across large-scale database environments.
Responsibilities:
· Develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle SQL and PL/SQL code.
· Perform SQL query optimization and database performance tuning.
· Analyze execution plans,
identify performance bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
· Apply knowledge of Oracle database architecture to troubleshoot database issues.
· Work with large-scale Oracle databases of 1 TB or more.
· Use Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting for database-related operations and automation.
· Troubleshoot database performance issues and support production environments.
· Ensure database reliability, efficiency, and optimal performance.
Must - Have Qualifications:
· Robust hands-on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
· Experience in Oracle database performance tuning.
· Good knowledge of Oracle database architecture.
· Experience working with Oracle databases sized 1 TB or more.
· Working knowledge of Unix/Linux.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Shell scripting and process automation.
· Experience with large-volume databases and performance optimization.
