As a PPC Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

PPC Campaign Management
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign structuring.
• Create and optimize search, display, shopping, remarketing, and paid social campaigns.
• Manage campaign budgets and allocate spending based on performance.

Performance Optimization
• Monitor key metrics, including CPC, CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and cost per lead.
• Optimize bids, keywords, audiences, ad placements, landing pages, and campaign settings.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
• Run A/B tests on ad copy,



creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve results.

Tracking & Analytics
• Set up and validate conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer acquisition funnels.
• Use analytics data to identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs and improve conversion rates.
• Build performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Client Growth & Account Management
• Understand each client's business objectives, target audience, and profitability goals.
• Develop paid advertising strategies aligned with lead generation, sales, and revenue targets.
• Communicate campaign performance, results, and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, design, and conversion optimization teams to improve overall marketing performance.

Continuous Improvement
