About The Role

Insightsoftware is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Order to Cash team. In this role, you will serve as a key resource in delivering accurate, timely billing and exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a candidate who has expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), contract review,



invoicing and dispute management, and thrives in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate quotes and opportunities for product sales and professional services.
• Manage customer accounts, queries, and invoices generation with precision and care.
• Review pending billing reports and validate charges for accuracy prior to processing invoices.
• Verify customer billing rules and revenue recognition schedules against contracts to ensure compliance and correctness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Accounting, Customer Success, and division leaders to generate accurate pro forma and actual invoices from the billing ERP.
• Monitor and manage accounts, cases, orders, and fulfilment for timely action.
• Confirm appropriate customer approvals are in place before processing orders.
• Oversee license key generation and fulfilment delivery to customers.
