1. Job Purpose
To manage and supervise fabrication, marine engineering and project operations at assigned locations. The role involves planning and executing structural fabrication, welding, piping, mechanical work, equipment installation, maintenance and associated engineering activities. The Manager will be responsible for project execution, manpower management, subcontractor coordination, quality, safety, material utilization and timely completion of work as per project requirements.

2. Key Responsibilities & Duties
A. Fabrication & Technical Operations
• Manage day-to-day fabrication and engineering activities at the assigned project location.
• Supervise structural steelwork, plate cutting, fit-up, welding, assembly,



piping and installation activities.
• Ensure fabrication and assembly work is carried out as per approved drawings, technical specifications and established procedures.
• Coordinate mechanical work, equipment installation, maintenance, modification and associated engineering activities.
• Identify technical and operational issues and coordinate with the Engineering team for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper utilization of machinery, tools, equipment and available resources.

B. Project Planning & Execution
• Prepare work plans and execution schedules in coordination with Project and Engineering teams.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractor requirements.
• Monitor daily progress against project schedules and milestones.
• Ensure work is completed within agreed timelines and required quality standards.
