Role Description The Premium Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Kota, responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value insurance customers. This role involves regular interaction with premium clients to understand their insurance needs, provide tailored product recommendations, and ensure timely policy renewals and servicing. The Premium Relationship Manager will handle queries,



resolve issues efficiently, and coordinate with internal teams such as underwriting, claims, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience. Daily activities include monitoring customer portfolios, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, conducting review meetings, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM systems. The role also requires adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
