The Telecom Sector Skill Council (TSSC) is a Section 8 Company dedicated to developing a skilled workforce for the telecom industry. Established in 2013 as an industry-led apex body, TSSC was formed through a collaborative initiative of the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), the India Cellular & Electronics Association (ICEA), and the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE).
With over 6.5 lakh certified professionals, approximately 500 training partners, and more than 1,000 training centres across India, TSSC continues to advance skill development and strengthen the talent ecosystem for the telecom sector.

Role Description:
TSSC is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented professional for the position of HR & Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.
The candidate will provide executive and administrative support to the CEO, coordinate schedules and meetings, maintain task trackers, facilitate communication,



prepare meeting minutes, and support the smooth functioning of daily office operations. The role will also involve assisting with HR operations and related administrative activities.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and coordination skills, demonstrate discretion while handling confidential information, and be capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic work setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Executive Assistance: Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to the CEO, ensuring effective coordination and timely execution of assigned tasks.
• Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, manage appointments, and ensure the timely circulation of meeting agendas and relevant documents.
