Over 5 million sq.ft. leased. Seven cities: Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai. We act for tenants and for landlords. Our work covers tenant representation, landlord and investor mandates, flexible workspace, workplace design, pre-leased assets and data centers. Clients stay with us because we give them advice they can act on, not a list of buildings.

Why this role mattersEvery Zaster engagement starts with a conversation, and in this role you will have most of them. You will identify companies about to make a real estate decision, reach the people who make it, and open the relationship that becomes a mandate. The role starts at the front of the pipeline and moves toward owning client relationships and deals end to end.




You will work directly with the partners, in a firm where your results are visible and your growth is tied to them.
What you will doGenerate and qualify business
• Identify companies with live or upcoming space needs: fresh funding, headcount growth, lease expiries, relocations, new-city launches
• Reach founders, CEOs, CFOs, COOs and HR/admin heads through calls, LinkedIn, email and in-person meetings
• Run structured discovery conversations on headcount, budget, micro-market, timeline and current lease position
• Convert qualified leads into explicit requirement briefs for the advisory team

Support the deal
• Pitch Zaster’s tenant representation, managed office and flexible workspace solutions
• Contribute to shortlists and proposals: property options, pricing, micro-market comparisons
• Coordinate site visits and follow up with clients after each one
• Support landlord
