Position Title : CSR Engagement and Communication Manager
Full Time Job: 8 hours a day with flexibility to be available for meetings between 7 PM to 10 PM IST, included in the 40 hour work week and some weekend hours maybe be needed for events
Location : Chennai / Delhi / Bangalore
Mode : Virtual (flexibility to travel as per the job requirement)
Work Experience: 2-3 years experience in CSR Management
Salary Range: Rs.30,000 - Rs.40,000 per month (Indian Rupees) (Based on experience)
Role Summary
To build and manage a structured CSR engagement ecosystem that strengthens CSR relationships, enables engagement between CSR partners and scholars, report scholarship impact, and ensures timely, high-quality communication and reporting to CSR partners. The role will serve as the central coordinator for CSR engagement, working closely with Scholarship Team, Scholar Engagement Lead, Corporate Branding Lead, and other internal teams to ensure that all CSR-facing commitments are delivered on time.
