Position - Business & Operations Head – Drone Shows

Reports To - CEO / Director, IndoWings

Location - Delhi NCR / Noida preferred; travel across India as required

Employment - Full-time

Indicative CTC - ₹15–30 LPA + performance incentive
Role Purpose
Own the overall Drone Show India business, including revenue, customer acquisition, fleet partnerships, operations, strategic relationships, pricing and business profitability. This role acts as the General Manager of the new business.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop the business plan, revenue targets, annual operating plan and go-to-market strategy.
• Build the national drone-show business across government, tourism, sports, corporate, weddings, festivals and brand events.
• Develop strategic relationships with event companies, production houses, advertising agencies, tourism bodies, hotels, stadiums and government organizations.
• Build and manage the national fleet partner network and commercial relationships.
• Own pricing strategy, commercial terms, major quotations and negotiation of high-value contracts.




• Establish standard operating procedures for sales, creative, project execution, fleet onboarding and customer service.
• Review pipeline, bookings, margins, fleet utilization and customer satisfaction.
• Identify current revenue models including marketplace commissions, managed shows, fleet utilization and technology/software services.
• Represent the business in major customer and partner meetings.
