Our Digital Workplace – Communication & Collaboration plays a key role in ensuring that Digital Products & Services works effectively for the business.
We are now looking for a Product Specialist to take ownership and drive development within this area. In this role, you will ensure that our sub domain supports how we operate within IKEA’s technology-process-delivery ecosystem.
You will work closely with Product owners, Engineers, project managers, end-users,
and cross-functional teams to understand needs, translate them into solutions, and drive adoption across the organization.
You bring strong communication skills and thrive in both technical and business discussions. You understand how to identify gaps, design solutions, and ensure that systems evolve with the business. Above all, you take ownership, show initiative, and are driven to deliver solutions that create real impact.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
A Product Specialist for Communication, Collaboration & Productivity tools should ideally have skills across five areas:
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 Products and solutions
• Solid stakeholder management and communication skills
• A proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving ability
• Track record of working in a similar role and delivering impactful results
• Product management
