About the Role-
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer (MERN) with strong expertise in React, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable web applications, deploying them to production, and working with cloud infrastructure—especially AWS.
You’ll collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to build performant, user-friendly applications.
Key Responsibilities-
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
• Work with MongoDB for database design, optimization, and data modeling.
• Deploy and maintain applications in production environments.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and services on AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda,
etc.).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and follow best DevOps practices.
• Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews.
• Debug, test, and improve existing applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications-
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and up-to-date frontend patterns.
• Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js.
• Hands-on knowledge of MongoDB.
• Strong fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with deployment processes and production environments.
• Practical experience with AWS services.
• Understanding of Git-based workflows.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and authentication systems.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to Have (Plus Points)-
