Job Summary
We are looking for a result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in Channel Partner (CP) sourcing, relationship management, and deal closure in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new channel partners, generating qualified leads, managing client interactions, and driving property sales from lead generation to final closure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Channel Partner (CP) Sourcing & Onboarding
• Identify, source, and onboard new channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
• Build and maintain a strong network of active channel partners in the target market.
• Conduct regular meetings, property presentations, and project briefings for channel partners.
• Activate existing CPs and drive consistent lead generation through the partner network.

2. Sales & Deal Closure




• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and follow-ups to site visits and deal closure.
• Coordinate with channel partners and prospective customers to convert leads into bookings.
• Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate closure in line with company policies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and booking milestones.
• Follow up on bookings, documentation, payment schedules, and other closure-related activities.

3. Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners, investors, and prospective buyers.
• Provide accurate information about project specifications, pricing, payment plans, and inventory availability.
• Address client queries, handle objections, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain regular communication with channel partners to improve engagement and conversion rates.
