Our portfolio includes brands such as Gullylabs, NUUK, NOOE, Ajmal, DUSQ, Only What’s Needed and several other 8-9 figure brands, many of whom we have launched and scaled from GTM.

About the role:
We run growth for 25+ D2C brands every month. We're hiring a Growth Lead to own performance marketing and delivery across this portfolio. You'll set the growth strategy, lead a team of media buyers and growth managers, and make sure every brand gets clear growth roadmaps, on-time execution and measurable results. This is a hands-on leadership role.

Key responsibilities:
• P&L; & Business Ownership: Own business performance and profitability across the brand portfolio, going beyond ad performance to drive revenue and sustainable growth. Track P&L;, gross margins, CM1/CM2, CAC,



LTV and blended ROAS.
• Creative Strategy: Work closely with the Creative Lead to drive creative strategy for Meta Ads across the brand portfolio, aligning creative direction with business objectives and performance goals.
• Meta Ads: Liaison with performance lead to ensure best account structure, campaign strategy and scaling.
• Google Ads: Liaison with performance lead to ensure smooth execution of Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Demand Gen.
• Project management: run the delivery cadence for multiple brands, including monthly plans, weekly sprints and sale calendars. Build SOPs, templates and dashboards.
• Leadership: hire, train and review the team. Advise brands on offers, pricing tiers, landing pages and CRO, and decide how budget is split across brands.

Requirements:
• Total 4-8 years of minimum experience & 2 years of minimum D2C experience, with at least 2 years leading
