Manipal Cigna is looking for a website manager to own our website performance, updates and conversions. You will be the bridge between marketing, design and tech.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the MCHI website ensuring it to up-to-date, secure and user friendly.
• Expertise in website technologies e.g. liferay, Nextjs, react platform to make changes at the CMS level.
• Update and upload content, including text, images and multimedia, to keep the website updated.
• Monitor website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure optimal functionality.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve rankings and organic traffic.
• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns as needed.
• Ensuring full compliance on the website with all rules and regulations.
• Analyze website analytics data to gain insights into user behavior and identify opportunities for website enhancements.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web design.





Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools like (Google analytics, Mar tech tools) and ability to interpret data to drive website improvements.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and user experience best practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both tech and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Prior technical experience of working on Martech tools will be an added advantage.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft tools like PowerPoint and excel.
