What are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their clinical expertise to collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide the development of innovative solutions tailored to healthcare and clinical research needs.



This role requires a robust understanding of clinical data workflows, regulatory standards, and data-driven decision-making in the healthcare domain.

Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Medicine, Life Sciences, Clinical Informatics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with clinical data in roles such as Clinical Data Manager, Research Scientist, or Healthcare Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC, SDTM, ADaM) and healthcare terminologies (e.g., SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD).
• Experience in developing or supporting technology solutions in the healthcare or clinical research domain.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between clinical and technical teams.
• Strong communication skills to present complex clinical concepts to non-clinical stakeholders.
