Accountant – GST, Taxation & Export Documentation

Experience: Minimum 3 years (3–5 years preferred)
Salary: ₹32,000–₹38,000 gross per month, depending on experience and competence

About the Company

Established in 1995, ANUPRAV INTERNATIONAL is engaged in international sourcing, trading and export coordination of chemicals and performance materials.

We are seeking an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented Accountant capable of independently managing day-to-day accounting, GST and taxation compliance, banking transactions, export documentation and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Operations
- Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts using Tally Prime.
- Prepare sales and purchase invoices, debit/credit notes, journal entries and ledgers.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and customer/vendor reconciliations.




- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial summaries, cash-flow statements and outstanding payment reports.
- Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents and financial documentation.

GST, Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Independently prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation, verify input tax credit and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, deposits, returns and related statutory compliance.
- Maintain GST, TDS and other statutory records and ensure timely compliance.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for GST matters, income tax returns, audits, financial statements and year-end finalization.

Export Accounting & Banking
- Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists and other export-related documentation.
- Coordinate with banks, freight forwarders, customs agents and oth
