Role Description The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business, nurturing client relationships, and expanding Bugtreat Technologies’ presence across key markets. This full-time hybrid role is based in Madurai,



with flexibility for partial work from home as business needs allow. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and presenting tailored solutions that align with clients’ technical and business requirements. The role also involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating closely with technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and delivery. The Business Development Manager will analyze market trends, contribute to go-to-market strategies, attend relevant online and in-person events, and maintain CRM records to support transparent reporting and forecasting.
