Role Description
The Customer Support Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Only candidates currently residing in Indore are eligible to apply. Applications from candidates outside Indore will not be considered. This position requires working from our Indore office, and remote or work-from-home options are not available.




This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, providing clear and timely information about products and services. The Customer Support Executive will troubleshoot basic technical issues, escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams, and follow up to ensure resolution. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, documenting interactions in support tools or CRM systems, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality. The role also involves identifying recurring issues, suggesting process improvements, and contributing to a positive, professional customer experience.
