Role Description The Ticketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves overseeing day-to-day ticketing operations for leisure, corporate, and MICE travel, including booking, issuing, reissuing, and canceling tickets across multiple platforms and carriers. The Ticketing Manager will majorly work in group fares for MICE groups, manage ticketing workflows, monitor fare rules,



ensure adherence to company and supplier policies, and optimize costs for clients. This role also includes coordinating with vendors and internal teams, resolving ticketing issues, supervising ticketing staff, and maintaining accurate records and reports. Providing responsive customer service, handling escalations related to ticketing, and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency are key responsibilities.

Qualifications
• Robust Ticket Sales and Ticket Operations skills, including experience with GDS and airline booking systems.
• Knowledge of MICE Ticketing processes and practices
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to manage client queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Experience in travel management, airline or agency ticketing
• Ability to lead and train ticketing staff, organize workloads, and maintain high accuracy under time constraints.
