• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand business needs and develop hiring strategies

• Manage multiple complex requisitions while ensuring quality, speed, and candidate experience

• Recruit across Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, Product Engineering, and other technology domains
• Build talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill skills
• Conduct talent mapping and provide insights on market trends, compensation, and talent availability
• Recruitment Excellence
• Ensure process accuracy, compliance, and high-quality hiring outcomes
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as Time-to-Fill, Yield, and Hiring Manager and Candidate Satisfaction
• Proactively identify hiring risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and versatile work arrangements
