We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence, strengthen brand visibility, increase audience engagement, and communicate our initiatives across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and execute content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, Threads, and Pinterest.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content, including posts,



reels, carousels, stories, videos, and event updates.
• Develop platform-specific content for students, faculty, educational institutions, CSR teams, industry professionals, and other target audiences.
• Manage comments, direct messages, enquiries, and community engagement across social media platforms.
• Identify and develop success stories featuring students, trainers, institutional partners, projects, and organisational achievements.
• Coordinate social media coverage for events, workshops, training programmes, exhibitions, and other company activities.
• Prepare clear content briefs, captions, creative references, and campaign requirements in coordination with the Creative Content Producer and Design Team.
• Monitor competitors, industry developments, trending topics, hashtags, and emerging social media formats.
