Role Description The Online Metagenomics Data Analysis Instructor will design and deliver course modules focused on metagenomic sequencing data analysis and related bioinformatics workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing teaching materials, creating and updating lecture content, demonstrations, and practical exercises,



and guiding learners through data preprocessing, quality control, taxonomic and functional profiling, and interpretation of results. The role also involves collaborating with the education team to refine curricula, incorporate real datasets and case studies, and maintain high standards of academic rigor and clarity.
Qualifications
